Order & Payment Policies
Michele's is a home-based bakery operating under Florida's cottage food law. Please read before placing an order.
1
Full payment (100%) is required within 24 hours of placing your order for the order to be confirmed.

Once baked goods are handed off to the client — at pickup or delivery — Michele's is not responsible for them.

Refunds are available with at least 72 hours' notice before your event or order date.
4
With less than 72 hours' notice, a refund isn't available — but I'm happy to move your order to a new date instead.

No refunds once materials/ingredients have been purchased for your order.

Local delivery is available for a fee starting at $5, which varies based on distance from the bakery. Pickup is always free.
